RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS – SWARN SHREE ORNAMENTS

At Swarn Shree Ornaments, we take utmost care to deliver every piece of jewelry with precision and love. However, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return or exchange your purchase. Our return and refund policy is designed to make your experience smooth, transparent, and customer-friendly.


RETURNS POLICY

Changed your mind? Don’t worry!
We offer an easy 3-step return process for customers across India. A store credit (coupon code) equivalent to the value of your returned item will be issued for your next purchase.

Step 1 – Inform

Email us at info@swarnshreeornaments.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please mention your name, order ID, and attach a clear image of the product you wish to return.
Once our team reviews your request, we’ll confirm approval via email.

Step 2 – Return

After receiving our confirmation, ship the product back to us within 5 working days to the following address:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including any tags, boxes, or pouches).
  • Please use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details via email.
  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

Step 3 – Refund (Store Credit)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a store credit (coupon code) within 3 working days. This coupon can be used for future purchases within 1 year from the date of issuance.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse.

  • To cancel your order, please write to us at info@swarnshreeornaments.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a 5% deduction will apply towards payment gateway charges.
  • COD orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed by phone.

REFUND POLICY

Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be issued only in the form of store credit (coupon code).
  • The coupon code is valid for 1 year and can be used for a single transaction.
  • Multiple coupon codes cannot be combined in one order.

Deductions

  • ₹125 will be deducted for shipping charges (if applicable) for orders that had free shipping or were returned undelivered.
  • ₹250 will be deducted for prepaid orders that are refused or undelivered due to customer reasons.
  • Token advance amounts for COD orders are non-refundable if the order is cancelled or not accepted.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We take great care in packaging, but in rare cases, your jewelry may arrive damaged due to courier mishandling.
If that happens:

  1. Inform us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  2. Email at info@swarnshreeornaments.com with unboxing video or clear images showing the issue.
  3. Once verified, we will offer a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a store credit for the same value.

Note: No cash/bank refund will be issued for damaged or replacement cases.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • All returns must be informed within 48 hours and shipped within 5 days of approval.
  • Used, damaged, or altered products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Products returned without original packaging will not qualify.
  • Refund/store credit will not apply if returns are delayed or unapproved.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Returns are processed within 3 working days after we receive the returned item.
  • Store credits will be sent via email and can be redeemed on your next purchase.
