We deliver across all serviceable pin codes in India through our trusted logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely delivery.


Order Dispatch

Orders placed on www.swarnshreeornaments.com are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking details.

In case of any delay due to stock unavailability, address issues, or unforeseen logistics challenges, we will inform you promptly and share the updated dispatch timeline.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with a Tracking URL and AWB number.
You can use this link to track your shipment in real time until it reaches your doorstep.


Order Delivery (Pan India)

Our logistics partners typically deliver:

  • 2–4 working days for metro cities
  • 5–7 working days for non-metro and remote areas

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to weather conditions, local restrictions, or courier network issues.
You can always check your order status using the tracking details shared with you.

Important:
A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is required to receive deliveries, as most logistics partners use OTP-based delivery confirmation.
Failure to verify the OTP may result in non-delivery, and if the package returns to us, reshipping charges will apply.


Shipping Charges (Within India)

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • A shipping/cash-handling charge of ₹125 is applicable on Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders.

In case of non-acceptance of COD orders or return-to-origin shipments, future COD orders may be restricted or cancelled for that customer account.


International Orders

Currently, Swarn Shree Ornaments ships only within India.
