All jewellery items undergo strict quality checks before being shipped. However, if your product arrives damaged due to transit, we will replace it with the same or similar item (subject to stock availability).

- Attach clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
7. Missed Delivery
Our delivery partners make three attempts to deliver your order. If delivery fails after these attempts and the order is returned to us, it can be re-shipped upon your request for an additional fee of ₹250.
For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders returned to us, re-shipment will be made only after the full payment (order amount + re-shipping charge) is received online.
